Greenbrae is a community of longtime residents and newcomers alike. Throughout the year we come together to reconnect, welcome new neighbors and celebrate the place we call home.

Our signature event

Annual Community Picnic

Each fall, the Greenbrae Property Owners Association hosts our Annual Community Picnic - a relaxed afternoon of food, conversation, kids’ sports and community fun.


All ages are invited to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new neighbors. Longtime residents and newcomers alike are warmly welcome.


The picnic is held in Parkside Park. Watch this page and your email for the date, time and details.

Once a year

Annual Community Meeting

The GPOA hosts an Annual Community Meeting, where neighbors hear updates on landscaping, fire safety, finances and community priorities, and connect with the volunteer Board. Details are announced by email and on this page.
