Hi,
The attached flyer was created by the ŒMarin County Storm Water Pollution
Protection Program¹ (MCSTOPP.) In the fall and even year-round it¹s
important that we keep leaves from our street trees and other debris out of
our storm water catch basins along the gutters. The County and City of
Larkspur send out street sweepers often to help with this. Yet,
occasionally neighbors and gardeners see the drains as a convenient place to
dispose of those pesky leaves. Alas, it¹s not a good practice. If you see
someone doing so, after reading this flyer you could help inform and guide
them to better disposal methods.

Also, for those of you wondering about the resurfacing still planned for all
of Bretano Way between La Cuesta and Eliseo Drive, the County and the
construction contractor are waiting for the pending storms to stop. Then,
they will get quickly to work.

Best,

Scott Sherman
