Board of Directors Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM
The meeting was held at the office of Frank Howard Allen. President Mark Litwin called the meeting to order. In attendance were board members Patty Oxman, Dan Brady, Colin Lynch, Rumple, Steve Jaffe and Scott Sherman.

Approval of Minutes
There was a motion to approve the minutes from the board meeting of July 15, 1999. That motion was seconded and unanimously approved.

Newsletter Report by Patty Oxman
The last newsletter for the year was 2-1/2 weeks from delivery. It was at the graphics firm being printed at the time of the meeting.

President's Report by Mark Litwin
President Mark Litwin raised the issue of the driveway adjoining Corte Morada Park. It was discussed and resolved on a motion by Dan Brady and seconded by Colin Lynch that unless we have an obligation in the grant of the easement creating the park, that we should not make a contribution to the cost of repairing the driveway. The vote was unanimous on this proposal.

Report by Colin Lynch
Colin gave a report on Senate Bill 1148, which requires that any discriminatory language in CC&Rs be eliminated by amendment. Colin reported that this amendment can be done without the vote of the individual property owners.

The next meeting was set for January 20, 2000.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
